- Who is processing your data?
If you receive unwanted communications, if you have changed your mind and no longer want your data to be used, please contact us.
- Why do we process your data?
Subdued processes your data in order to provide the services you request from us, in particular to manage the purchases you make on our website. If you have given us your consent, we will also use your information to send you promotional communications and to keep you up to date with our Brand news, including any preferences you may have expressed. Please note that you can change your mind at any time and that the consent you have given us can be revoked simply by notifying us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- What types of data do we process?
Subdued mostly processes your identification and contact information (i.e. first name, last name, email address, social media identifiers and similar) that you have provided us with during registration. If you have given us your consent, we may also process data related to your preferences or shopping habits. In this case our aim is to provide you with a better service that is in line with your taste. If we do collect further data, we will always explain why and how it will be used, and you will be asked for your consent to do so.
- To whom are your data transmitted?
Your data does not go outside the Subdued world. Only Subdued companies can use this information to provide the service you have requested. In the case of online purchases, your address may be communicated to the courier who will take care of the shipment (this service is not performed directly by us).
- How long do we keep your data?
Subdued keeps your data for as long as it is needed to provide the service you have requested from us, and then stores it for 3 years after your last transaction on our site. Shortly before deletion, you will receive a notice asking if you want us to keep your data on our systems, perhaps to continue to receive emails from us, or if we can delete it. Please note that you can still request the deletion of your data from our systems at any time by emailing email@example.com.
- What are your rights?
Subdued believes that the protection of your personal data is a priority, so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. The data protection legislation gives you the right to know what data we collect, how we use your data, and to check that it is up to date and correct. We remind you that it is always you who decides what we can do with your data, and that you can ask us to delete it from our systems at any time by sending a communication to the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org
