Returns & Refunds

Do you want to return something? No problem!

You have 15 days from delivery date to send us a return request. We remind you that as soon as your return request has been placed, you have a maximum of 30 days to allow us to receive your return parcel in our warehouse.
After this deadline, the return may not be accepted. 
We remind you that returns are at the customer expense, except for the case of free return promotions or in case of wrong or failed items. 

Return information

We inform you that returned items in unsuitable conditions, dirty, worn out or without hygiene adhesive strips and/or labels will not be refunded.
If you have received a wrong or damaged item, contact our Customer Care  (within a maximum of 60 days from the shipment of the order)  sending a photo of the received item with the visible defect and a photo of both labels (outer and inner). We will respond with all the necessary information to process the exchange or refund. Please note that we do not accept returns of items that show obvious signs of wear.
In case of non-reporting to our Customer Care and/or items returned without a confirmed fabric defect and/or without the internal composition label, we cannot guarantee a refund/exchange.
We do not exchange items and it is not possible to exchange items bought in the Online Shop in a Subdued store,or vice versa.

To ask for a return click here and follow the instructions to complete your return, specifying the reasons for your choice and selecting your preferred shipping method.
Remember to create only one return request in case you want to return multiple items from the same order. Just click on “Add item to return” under each item to select all the products you want to return.

Wait for the email confirming the acceptance of your request.
In the email you will find the instructions for returning items according to the shipping method you have selected.
We remind you that every return must be shipped from the same country in which it was delivered.

If you have not received your return confirmation email, contact our Customer Care and we will provide you with the instructions in order to send back your return and a return label to put on the package.

Please note that all returns shipped with a different courier of your choice or following a procedure other than the one indicated above will be refused and, in any case, not refunded.

Schedule a pick-up.

Prepare your return for shipment, making sure to print and paste the label onto the package, following the instructions you received by email, and wait for the arrival of the courier
You can ship your return parcel using the original packaging, as long as it is still intact and does not show signs of tampering and/or wear. Otherwise, you can choose a different packaging to ship your return, making sure it is in good condition, well sealed and it can handle shipping.

If you not received or have lost the return label, contact our Customer Care.

Once your package returns to our warehouse and after approving the return, we will provide a refund for the same value of the garment/s you have returned to us. Returns will be processed within 10 business days from when we received them.

In case your return is refused as it is considered not eligible for refund (see above), you will be notified by email and we will provide you with all the information you need in order to recover the goods at your expense, if you wish.
If there is no response from you, we will send you a second reminder by email.
After 2 weeks from the receipt of your return parcel, you will receive a third and final communication informing you that the goods will be considered abandoned. However, the item/s will be available for pick-up in our warehouse for a further 30 days, after which we can no longer guarantee the possibility to recover the goods.

The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Your balance will be updated within 14 business days after the refund confirmation, according to your bank processing times.
