Returns & Refunds

Do you want to return something? No problem!

You have 15 days from when your order has been dispatched to send us a return request. We remind you that as soon as your return request has been placed, you have a maximum of 30 days to allow us to receive your return parcel in our warehouse.
After this deadline, the return may not be accepted. 
We remind you that returns are at the customer expense, except for the case of free return promotions or in case of wrong or failed items. We also remind you that our main warehouse is located in Italy.

Shipping information

We inform you that returned items in unsuitable conditions, dirty, worn out or without hygiene adhesive strips and/or labels will not be refunded.
If you have received a wrong or damaged item, contact our Customer Care, sending a photo of the received item with the visible defect and a photo of both labels (outer and inner). We will respond with all the necessary information to process the exchange or refund. Please note that we do not accept returns of items that show obvious signs of wear.
In case of non-reporting to our Customer Care and/or items returned without a confirmed fabric defect and/or without the internal composition label, we cannot guarantee a refund/exchange.
We do not exchange items and it is not possible to exchange items bought in the Online Shop in a Subdued store,or vice versa.

Click on Ask for a return and follow the guidelines to ask for a return specifying the reasons of your choice and selecting the shipping method that you prefer. 
If you choose not to use our return service with DHL Express, you can also arrange the return shipping, entirely at your expense, by using a courier of your choice. You can return the items to: OSIT Impresa S.p.A at the address Via Catania 7, ZIP code 00041, Albano Laziale (RM) Italy.
Remember that in this case you will be entirely responsible for the return shipping and for any failure or late delivery to Osit Impresa.
Also remember that for returns shipped with a courier of your choice, it is necessary to fill out the online return form and submit the request, otherwise your return may not be accepted and we cannot guarantee a refund.

You will receive a request acceptance by email.
In the email you will find the instructions for returning items according to the shipping method you have selected: DHL Express or a courier of your choice.
In the first case you will find attached in the email the return label you have to print and put on the package before the pick-up and also the link where you can book the pick-up of your return. In the second case instead you will find the steps to follow for returning items on your own.
We remind you that every return must be shipped from the same country in which it was delivered.

To schedule a pick-up with DHL Express, just click here and follow the instructions you have received by email.

Prepare the package with the item you want to return following the instructions you have received by email and wait for the courier to arrive. If you prefer you can also bring the parcel to a DHL EXPRESS SERVICE POINT.
You can ship your return parcel using the original packaging, as long as it is still intact and does not show signs of tampering and/or usury. If not, you can choose a different packaging to ship your return, ensuring you that it is in good condition, well sealed and can handle shipping.
If you have lost the return label, contact our Customer Care.

Once your package returns to our warehouse and after approving the return, we will provide a refund for the same value of the garment/s you have returned to us. Returns will be processed within 10 business days from when we received them.

In case your return is refused as it is considered not eligible for refund (see above), you will be notified by email and we will provide you with all the information you need in order to recover the goods at your expense, if you wish.
If there is no response from you, we will send you a second reminder by email.
After 2 weeks from the receipt of your return parcel, you will receive a third and final communication informing you that the goods will be considered abandoned. However, the item/s will be available for pick-up in our warehouse for a further 30 days, after which we can no longer guarantee the possibility to recover the goods.

We will provide a refund using the same method you used to make the payment.  In the case of purchases paid with E-Gift Card and/or Online Shop Credit, please note that the refund will be made by reloading the total balance of the virtual card first. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the second payment method used (Credit Card or PayPal).
Your balance will be updated within 14 business days after the refund confirmation, according to your bank processing times.
