Shipping and return charges

Shipping charges applied to purchases and returns are as follows:

Italy Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 9; free shipping on orders over EUR 50. Shipping charges on returns free.
France Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 16; Free shipping on orders over EUR 60. Shipping charges on returns up to a maximum of EUR 16.
Spain Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 16; Free shipping on orders over EUR 45. Shipping charges on returns up to a maximum of EUR 16.
Belgium Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 16; Free shipping on orders over EUR 60. Shipping charges on returns up to a maximum of EUR 16.
Netherlands Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 16; Free shipping on orders over EUR 60. Shipping charges on returns up to a maximum of EUR 16.
EU Countries Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 16; Free shipping on orders over EUR 100. Shipping charges on returns up to a maximum of EUR 16.
UK Shipping costs up to a maximum of GBP 18; free shipping on orders over GBP 70. Shipping charges on returns up to a maximum of GBP 18. As we ship from Italy, customs duties will be applied randomly or according to your order amount, depending on your Import/Export Country Regulations. USA Shipping costs up to a maximum of USD 23. Free shipping on orders over USD 100. Shipping charges on returns up to a maximum of USD 18. Switzerland Shipping charges on new orders and returns shall be calculated according to size, weight and destination of the parcel. Free shipping on orders over CHF 100. Rest of the world  Shipping charges on new orders and returns shall be calculated according to size, weight and destination of the parcel. Delivery

Products purchased on www.subdued.com are delivered as per delivery times and procedures given below. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the link to track your order.

Italy 1-2 working days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
EU Countries 1-2 working days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
USA 2-3 working days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
Rest of the world 3-5 working days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times may be delayed in case of festivities. In any case, the products will be delivered within 30 calendar days, as set by law. If any error has occurred with your order or you have not received it yet, please remember to contact our Customer Care within 30 days from the shipping date, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund/new shipment.

We inform you that, to ensure the delivery of your order, it is not possible to enter a Post Office Box as a shipping address. If nobody is available at the given delivery address, we will attempt to deliver two more times on the following days. If again nobody is available to receive the parcel, it shall then be returned to the sender. The cost of the new delivery shall be borne by the recipient even if the order was previously sent free of charge.

We suggest that you enter your data as accurately as possible. Missing or incomplete information may cause your order to be canceled.

We also suggest that you provide your mobile phone number instead of a landline number so that you can easily take advantage of the following services, thanks to DHL On Demand Delivery:

Once your shipment is ready to be delivered, you will receive the estimated delivery date by email or text message, from which you can access On Demand Delivery and personalise the receipt of your parcel. You will then receive a confirmation of the update on the new delivery date.

We remind you that, in case you decide to customize the delivery of your order through ODD and/or authorize the courier to deliver the package without a signature for receipt and to leave it unattended (e.g., mailbox, garden, outside the front door, etc.), we are not responsible for any theft and/or loss of the package, and in any case, we cannot guarantee a refund or a new shipment.

If the package shows clear signs of tampering at the time of delivery by the courier, it is advisable to accept the delivery "with reservation". Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of any claims reported at a later time.
