The products purchased on www.subdued.com are sold directly by OSIT IMPRESA SPA, with registered office in Via Catania 7/9 00041 Albano Lazio (Rome), VAT no. 10713061009. Purchases by minors require the consent of a parent or person having custody over the child.

OSIT IMPRESA SPA cannot be held responsible for any use of this website that does not comply with the law. You will be the sole person held responsible for the communication of information and data that is incorrect, false or pertaining to third parties that have not given their consent or any misuse on their part.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained from this website will be at the user's risk. The user of this website will be liable for any damage to computer systems or loss of data resulting from downloads and this liability cannot be attributed to OSIT IMPRESA SPA. HOW TO FINALISE A PURCHASE ORDER

To conclude the purchase of one or more products on subdued.com you must fill out the online order form that will be automatically sent to you via email once your order will be completed. The order form contains the General Conditions of Sale and a summary of the characteristics of each product ordered and the relevant unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes). It also includes payment methods, delivery options and the shipping costs.

The sales agreement is concluded when we receive your order form accompanied by proof of payment. You will be asked to carefully read and accept the General Conditions of Sale before proceeding to make your purchase. The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time required to process your order by law.

Before submitting the order form you will be asked to identify and correct any errors in data entry and you may access your order form at any time by referring to the section 'my orders'. Once the sales agreement is finalised, we will take care of your purchase order. We cannot process your purchase order if the product is no longer available. In this case we will inform you by e-mail that we have not been able to carry out your purchase order for this reason. If the products displayed on subdued.com are no longer available for sale at the time of your last access to the site or to be precise, when the order form was sent, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. If you have already sent the order form and the payment has been made, we will fully refund you.

By submitting the order form, you confirm that you agree and accept the General Conditions of Sale and any additional information on the subdued.com website including the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.

Once the order has been confirmed we will send you a receipt for your purchase by e-mail including a summary of the information on the order form (General Conditions of Sale, product specifications and detailed information relating to the price, terms of payment and delivery costs).

APPLICABLE LAW

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. The Legislative Decree 6 September 2005. 206 Consumer Code deals with legislation concerning distance contracts and The Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 covers specific aspects of electronic commerce.

AMENDMENS AND UPDATE

The Terms and Conditions may be revised and updated from time to time with regard to possible regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of publication on subdued.com.
