Options, times, and return costs
All orders can be returned within 30 days from dispatch date by filling the online return form. From the moment the return request is submitted online, you have an additional 30 days to ensure the package physically reaches our warehouse. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund for your order. Return times and costs vary depending on the return method selected at the time of the online return request. Please note that the return methods available may vary depending on the destination country. Also, returns cannot be shipped from a country different from the one where the order was originally delivered.
Standard Return
Currently, the Standard return service is not available for shipments to Italy, Sweden, the United States, and non-European countries.
Return Times
By choosing the Standard option, your return will be delivered to our warehouse in 2 to 5 working days. Times may vary depending on the country from which the order was returned. Please note that standard returns sent from United Kingdom and Switzerland will be delivered to our Hub in the Netherlands within 3-4 working days, and will then be shipped to our warehouse in Italy within 10 working days.
Return Costs
Return costs may vary depending on the country. By choosing to return your order, you agree to pay the shipping cost for the return method selected during the return process. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.

Express Return
The Express return service is available for all countries we ship to.

By choosing the Express option, your return will be delivered to our warehouse within a maximum of 2 working days. Times may vary depending on the country from which the order was returned. Please note that returns sent from outside the European Union will be delivered to our Hub in the Netherlands within 3-4 working days, and will then be shipped to our warehouse in Italy within 10 working days.

For Canada only: If you return your order from Canada, you will receive a refund of any duties and taxes paid at checkout, proportional to the value of the items returned. This applies to both partial and full returns, in addition to the cost of the returned items.
