If nobody is available at the given delivery address, we will attempt to deliver two more times on the following days. As soon as we will receive your Return request, you will receive a Return request confirmation email, which will also include the instructions for returning the product and attached a pdf file with the DHL shipping label (waybill). All returns must be shipped from the same country they have been shipped to. You shall be liable only for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If you prefer to use a different courier, taking care of your return by yourself, you can also do it, but be aware that in this case you will be the sole responsible for your returned parcel, in the event of any inconvenience or if it does not arrive to Osit Impresa spa on time.
